Negotiation Skills

Negotiation skills are becoming increasingly relevant in all of our roles whether negotiating contracts, working within an integrated service, liaising within our own or another team or with partner organisations. This course is suitable for those who want to gain the key skills & insights necessary for successful negotiation.

Objectives

Participants will be able to;

  • Assess and recognise their own negotiation style
  • Play to their strengths and develop unused previously areas when negotiating
  • Recognise the negotiation skills of others
  • Plan strategies for negotiating with others
  • Draw upon a toolkit of negotiation skills to influence outcomes with successful negotiation
